1. Do I need to have an account to order?

2. What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we only accept PayPal payment. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can also pay via PayPal with your credit card or bank debit card. No account is required.

All orders are charged at the time of checkout. Our systems do not save your payment details past the checkout point for security purposes.

4. How do I know my payment is secure?

6. When will my order ship?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Generally, orders are currently taking between 1-2 business days to complete processing. We are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible and we appreciate your patience!

7. Can I change/cancel my order?
All orders begin to process in our warehouse systems within 1 business day of being placed. Many orders will begin to process the same day. Due to this, it is very unlikely that our team will be able to modify or cancel your order. Please contact our team as soon as possible if you'd like to attempt to change or cancel your order.

8. My order shipped, but the tracking shows no updated?
There are delays in pickups and in transit times from our carriers at this time as well. Once you receive tracking information, please allow additional time for this to reflect updates.

9. How do I track my order and when will my order arrive?
The delivery time depends on your shipping address. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking website. In general, it will take 3-7 business days.

10. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to the 48 contiguous states within the United States, excluding PO boxes, APO, FPO, DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
